Shipping
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Turn The Page Bookstore makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed during holidays will be processed the next business day unless otherwise stated.

Where does Turn The Page Bookstore ship?
As a small online indie bookstore, Turn The Page Bookstore ships solely in the United States.
Shipping Rates
Turn The Page Bookstore offers free shipping on orders $50 or more. Standard shipping costs vary on package weight. For example, a 0lb - 1lb package costs $3.00 to ship, while a 2lb - 5lb package costs $7.00 to ship.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Returns
Turn The Page Bookstore offers returns on orders that were damaged upon delivery. Turn The Page Bookstore has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please refer to Book Return Qualification to determine if you'll qualify for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in it’s original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@ttpagebookstore.com In your email, you’ll need to include your name and order number. A photo of the item(s) you want to return is also required.
Please note Turn The Page Bookstore does not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item. Please note that the item you wish to exchange must be of equal value to the item you are returning.
Cancellations
Orders are available for cancelation within 48 hours of ordering OR until the order has been shipped - whichever occurs first. Turn The Page Bookstore works quickly to ship your order, so it is possible that your order will ship before the 48-hour mark.
Refunds are typically available within 10 business days, depending on your bank policies. If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved, please contact us at help@ttpagebookstore.com
Support Questions
I need to change my shipping address
If you need to change your shipping address and your order has NOT shipped, Turn The Page Bookstore will attempt to change it for you; however, it may not update in the system if the label has been processed.
An item is missing from my order
If you are missing an item from your order, please contact help@ttpagebookstore.com. You’ll need to provide proof of your order and which item is missing.
It is required that you reach out within 7 business days of your package arriving to report missing product(s).
Book Return Qualifications
These standards are outlined by various publishers, distributors, and bookstores. If your book qualifies for a replacement, please contact help@ttpagebookstore.com, and you will be assisted.
Flaws that DO qualify for replacement:
-Pages missing or torn
-Punctured
-Spine split in half
-Water Damage
-Extreme dings that affect the ability to read
-Torn dust jacket/cover
Flaws that DO NOT qualify for replacement:
-Minor dings that do not affect the ability to read
-Light scratches
-Normal shelf Wear
-Sticky Residue from stickers
It is required that you reach out within 7 business days of your package arriving to request a return.
